Imagine that you have been accepted by two different universities, one is well-known for its excellent academic program, but it’s rather expensive, while another is less well-known, but provides scholarships to pay for your tuition.
Which one would you prefer?
想象一下，你被两所不同的大学录取，一所以其出色的学术课程而闻名，但相当昂贵，而另一所则不太知名，但提供奖学金来支付你的学费。
你更喜欢哪一个？
而10月19日的这次口语题，也算是ETS的灵魂拷问，如果给了你2所大学：一所是哈佛大学，一所是威廉姆斯学院（国人很少听过，美国排名第一的文理学院）；其中哈佛没有给你奖学金，而威廉姆斯学院给你全额奖学金，你会做什么选择？
在实际的回答题目，或者是考前的备考阶段，老师非常建议大家先把每道题拿出来，先自己尝试去说下，看一下自己所想到的理由是否方便展开去说。如果不可以的话，就尝试换到另外一个角度，看一下能不能想到更简单，更接地气的理由去说明。比如，在这道题上，我第一时间想到的就是詹青云的例子：贷款100万留学哈佛，可是我在去找理由或者解释的时候就犯难了，该找什么的理由，该如何把例子简洁讲清楚。不过，如果我换个角度，选择名气小但是有奖学金的角度，是不是就可以用到常用理由中的“省钱+压力小”去展开啦。下面的范例部分，我就用到钱和压力（通俗的理由）2个角度，分别展开去称述：

Well, I would choose the less well-known university.
First, money is an important reason for my choice. (从钱的角度出发)The less well-known university gives me a scholarship that pays for my tuition, so I won’t have to worry about student loans. Many students finish school with a lot of debt, which can take a long time to pay back. By choosing this school, I can focus on learning instead of stressing about money.
Another great thing about the less well-known university is that there's less academic pressure and expectations.（从压力的角度出发） Since it's not a famous university, people don't have as many expectations about the students' performance. This means I can enjoy my college experience without feeling overwhelmed. I can just focus on learning and building my skills without the added stress.
