我要说的优质服务是由海底捞的服务员提供的。那大概是半年前，我和自己的同学刚刚结束大学三年级的期末考试，急需一场大餐来弥补自己因为考试而受伤的心灵。于是我们选择了非常受欢迎的海底捞。

The good service I am going to talk about is provided by a waiter in Haidilao, a famous hotpot restaurant in China. It was about half a year ago when my classmates and I had just finished our exams of the senior year in college and decided to have a feast to compensate our wounded heart. We chose the popular Haidilao as our venue.

在那里，我受到最好的服务。服务员看我带着眼镜，等我刚刚坐下，就递上擦眼镜的湿巾。并且给几个玩手机的同学准备了小的塑料袋，防止火锅的汤溅到屏幕上。点菜的时候，他听到我不时的清嗓子，并且打喷嚏，就问我是不是感冒了。我说是的。过了一会，他端着一碗姜汤过来，说这是店里特意为我做的，希望我喝了之后赶紧好起来。在中国传统医学中，姜被认为是治疗感冒的良药。

There, I received the best service I had ever had. The waiter saw that I was wearing glasses. He handed me wet wipes to clean them as soon as I was seated. He also gave us small plastic bags, in which we could slide our cellphones, in case the hotpot soup splashed on the screens. When I was ordering dishes, he noticed that I constantly cleared my throat and sneezed now and then. He gently asked if I had a cold and I said yes. Do not copy or repost it. A moment later, he served me a bowl of ginger soup, which is believed to be the cure of cold in traditional Chinese medicine, and said it was on the house, hoping I could recover soon.

我非常喜欢海底捞的服务，不是因为它免费提供了许多物品，而是你能感受到那里的服务员是真正关心你的。他们会考虑给你带来不方便的事情，并且设法去解决。

I really enjoy the service in Haidilao, not because it provided a lot of small useful items, but because you could feel that the waiter there truly cared about you. They took all the troubles into account and tried to fix them. That is why I think their service is good.
