现代社会经常会讨论2种重要的工作方式，一种是工匠精神，一种是更高效率完成。哪一种方式都有其优势所在，就看如何去进行有效地自圆其说。

回到题目本身，这道题在选择的时候可以选择一个决定，进而进行有效的例子展开。而不一定需要提出2个理由去进行阐述起来。

如果选择第一点的话，也就是尽量好地完成自己的工作：

因为完美完成工作的话，其实就比较好得达到标准。而如果员工只是完成很多事情，而不是专注在质量上，很容易工作质量不达标，客户不开心，最后导致公司的名誉受到伤害。

而如果选择第二个点的话，也就是尽量多完成工作任务：

因为更多的工作，也表示着更高的工作效率，对于团队和公司来说，也是一种效率的展示。

因为第一个点比较具体和好说些，我们就试着举个例子去有效展开起来。
